Started by Harchand Singh after the demise of his other company GB EXCLUSIVE DINING LIMITED. We haven't worked out the the connection between parking and exclusive dining - perhaps someone might suggest one. Business now with Shamshar Singh having been sold on by Harchand in May 2016.

Stage 2a - Reminder to Keeper
Some companies send out a reminder 7 days after the Notice to Keeper letter. This confuses people as they think they have lost the chance to appeal. You haven't. You can still appeal within the 21 days though there is no legal reason why you cannot appeal at any time to "mitigate" loss.
Stage 3 - Appeal Rejection
Everyone gets one of these but this is your chance to appeal to the Ombudsman to get it cancelled. Alternatively write back to the parking company and refute their allegations and invite them to make their claim in court where they will be asked to produce a contract with the site owners to demonstrate their claims are valid.
